The lower end tends to be for smaller tires—typically on cars—and steel wheels. On the higher end, you are looking at larger wheels or low-profile tires, which are harder to work on.

Most vehicle manufacturers recommend getting your tires rotated approximately every 5,000 miles or six months. However, some vehicles are exceptions, and it's always best to refer to your owner's manual. This number can change depending on how, where, and what you drive.
